Anniversary of the start of Emsworth Horticultural Society Exhibition in David Rudkin Room.
90th. The Emsworth allotments and the RHS award –winning
Horticultural Society are a significant part of the town’s life,and many of
the local population benefit. Apart from providing space for veggie growing,
the Emsworth Horticultural Society organizes the annual Emsworth Show which
is held on August Bank Holiday. This exhibition charters the Society’s
development from its origin 90 years ago as Emsworth and District Allotments
and Gardens Association in photos and artefacts
