	Ten percent of Maisemore Gardens members are now in their second properties here. Their dates of joining Maisemore Gardens run from July 1964 to January 1990. A good place to live?

	Nos 5, 21, 48 and 51 have never changed hands. No 9 has changed ownership most often -but it is nearly 3 years older than the last "first" sale.
