From the car park follow the track to the north
east. Bear right where the track forks:

and continue uphill remaining on
the same broad flint track to the summit where on a clear day there is a view to
the Isle of Wight to the south west:

From here either continue to the
top of Kingley Vale, straight ahead or turn very sharply left and walk north
east along the broad track through the woods:

Continue along this track
still slightly uphill and through a gate. Turn left and continue with Yew woods
to the right

until another gate is reached.
Turn left again past a large house on the left and follow the track until a
t-junction is reached. Turn left and follow this chalky track down hill past two
houses on the right and along a beech avenue.

Just keep going to eventually
return to the car park.
