Emsworth Design Statement

The Emsworth Design Statement is intended to give a detailed guide to Emsworth's character, provide design guidance for any proposals for development, and to influence the way planning decisions are made. The Statement will help Local householders and businesses. It will set out the specific nature of the buildings and landscape which make the town distinctive, with recommendations on how to encourage new development which will enhance and complement what already exists.
