If you are using MS Internet explorer or
Opera as your web browser you will be able to open the spreadsheet directly in
Excel.

If you are using Netscape you will have
to download* the file and then open it.

To view this
spreadsheet you will need to
have MS Excel or Excel viewer installed

As it is the spreadsheet gives the times
of sunrise/set of the current day (or whatever the system clock is set to on
your PC).

To find the times of sunrise/set for another date enter the date
required in cell B3 (format dd/mm/yy e.g. 14/06/09). To allow for BST at the
appropriate time of year insert 1 in cell B6 for GMT delete the 1.

The spreadsheet will also calculate
sunrise/set times for any other location in the world by setting the correct
latitude and longitude in cells E10 & F10.
