No. 6 The Chidham Peninsular

A straightforward walk (about 8 km) and absolutely flat around the Chidham Peninsular passing the old mill pond at Nutbourne - now drained and the west coast of the peninsular with its  interesting birdlife and extensive salt marsh. At Cobnor point overlooking Chichester channel with extensive views across to Pilsey Island Hayling and the Harbour entrance and East Head. The eastern side of the Peninsular provides picturesque village of Bosham with its Norman Church and of sailing in Bosham Channel. The walk then turns inland across the peninsular conveniently passing the Old House at Home
